From choosing your level of groupset, to size-specific components and now, even the colour of your frame with CustomColour. For those that know what they want, they can customise it to suit using BikeBuilder, changing all-sorts from stem length to wheelset choice, groupset ratio to bar tape, and for those that need a little guidance, we have recommended build options and a friendly team of bike experts on hand to help you decide.

In-store, online, email, phone, live chat and now even live video call. These are all the ways our friendly team of bike experts are available to help you. We’re a team of cyclists, of all levels and disciplines that are happy to help and advise no matter what the query. So, whether its sizing advice, customisation or just asking what bike is right for you – the team is on-hand and ready to assist you.

Every Ribble bike is designed, engineered and assembled by hand in England. One mechanic, one bike. Beginning to end. Every wheel trued. Every bolt precisely torqued. And when it’s ready to roll, its double-checked and tested before being signed off personally. Then we ship it – with care – directly to you. Each Ribble bike comes with a 3 year frame warranty and an initial 30-day home test ride – so on the off chance that somethings not quite right, you can return it back to us and we’ll fix it, no problem! We’re a workshop, not a warehouse – so spare parts, add-ons, upgrades and more, by buying direct from us, we’ll always be able to assist you with your Ribble bike.

Call us old fashioned but we prefer to do things differently. We like to design, build and sell our bikes directly. No distributers, no middlemen. We’ve pioneered a new bike buying experience by bringing our online buying experience offline too, with our state-of-the-art showrooms where you can touch and feel the bikes and experience the full customisation of BikeBuilder and personalisation that CustomColour can bring. And remember, if you can’t get to one of our showrooms – just video call us – we’ll give you the showroom experience from the comfort of your own home.

Our bikes have been ridden through generations, and they’ve traveled far and wide. But they’ve always been hand-built, right here in England, since 1897. They’ve been ridden at the Olympics, in the pro peloton on our screens and been the first love of British Cycling legends; Geraint Thomas, Chris Boardman and Bradley Wiggins.
